Our very unique line of hand crafted art is made from OLD GROWTH REDWOOD. The wood is from stumps logged between 1880 & 1900. Some of these trees measured up to 350 feet tall & 28 feet in diameter. This very beautiful wood can range in age from 800 to 2000 years old. The worth of this redwood is extremely high due to the difficulty to receive permits to harvest the mature, craved for, giant.
